22 Foundation day of CGTMSE was celebrated on July 27, 2022. It created an opportunity

for employees to come together, reflect on the organization’s milestones, and appreciate the
contributions of key individuals who played a crucial role in its formation. It promoted a sense of unity,
team spirit, pride and served as a time to set new goals and aspirations for the future.
CGTMSE Staff Training was conducted during FY 23 to fosters employee confidence, enabling them
to handle tasks with competence and assurance. It is believed that well-trained employees are better
equipped to fulfill their roles, increasing productivity and efficiency. It is considered as an essential
component that empowers employees and contributes to the overall growth and success of the
office.
